HMM Architecture / Technical guide

Verify the product documents when choosing a NOON countertop

A countertop offered under the name NOON should not be selected by brand name or catalogue photograph alone. Confirm the manufacturer, series and technical documents before requesting a final quotation.

Ask for the exact product code

A quotation should identify the supplier or manufacturer, full series name, colour code, slab thickness and product code alongside the NOON name. Different surface series may have different compositions and fabrication limits; do not assume they are identical.

Request a current technical datasheet, safety data sheet, care guide and written warranty terms valid in Turkey. If documents are unavailable, do not make firm assumptions about heat, scratching, chemicals, hygiene, certification or warranty duration.

Review the kitchen plan and joints together

Share approximate dimensions and a plan showing wall returns, sink and hob positions, corner radii and overhangs. Edge profiles, seams, wall cladding, sink junctions and support design should follow the selected slab's fabrication instructions.

For prominent veining or repeated patterns, confirm slab direction and how pieces will align. HMM project photographs on this page are not samples or proof of a NOON installation.

Get written care, price and warranty terms

Daily cleaners, hot cookware, cutting boards and stain response should follow the selected product's own care guide. Instructions for another brand cannot automatically be applied to a NOON product.

When comparing quotations, check whether measurement, slabs, cut-outs, edge work, sink/hob openings, delivery, removal of the old surface and installation are included. A warranty should state coverage, exclusions and how to make a claim.

Pre-order checklist

Before ordering, record the manufacturer or seller, exact series and colour code, slab thickness, dimensions and batch in writing. The current datasheet and care guide should identify the same product as the quotation. Review a physical sample in both daylight and the project’s artificial lighting. A catalogue image alone does not prove product identity, exact colour or a completed project reference.

Mark wall returns, sink and hob cut-outs, seams, internal corners, edge profile and overhangs on the installation drawing. Cutting, support and bonding must follow the selected slab’s fabrication guide. Check separately whether site templating, material, cut-outs, delivery, removal and installation are included in the quotation.

The order approval should record the colour/series, dimensions, installation scope and target delivery date. Document the product warranty separately from workmanship coverage, and include care instructions and an after-sales contact in the handover file.
